Here we will discuss why breakfast is necessary for students and other peoples. A lot of people especially young people go though the day of without breakfast. Mostly people believe that breakfast is not necessary for health, and they say that they don’t have time for that. I believe that breakfast is very important for human health especially younger and students. Everyone should eat breakfast before going to their jobs and activates.

Dear students the first reason why you should eat breakfast before going to school is your health. When you going to school without breakfast, you are looking for a dieses because it is not healthy to an empty stomach all day long.

It’s very important for students and peoples to have a meal and not let your stomach work empty. A lot of problems with your health if you skip the breakfast.

Second reason to important the breakfast is you need food for to do well in your class. Your body and your brain are not going to function as good work as they could because you have no energy and strength.

Some people think that they should not eat breakfast because they are going fell tired but that’s not true. Breakfast is not a very big meal. When you try to learn something and nothing have in your stomach you are going to have a lot of troubles. You have going to feel tired if you have don’t breakfast because you have spent the entire previous night without food.

Here another reason to have breakfast every day if you eat some breakfast every morning you can avoid the dieses, if you don’t eat you can going to get sick and these dieses will have a stronger effect on you. You have going to sick easier than those people who eat breakfast daily.

You have realized that breakfast is most important for the health and you should not skip the breakfast. It’s better for you get up earlier go to walk and when you come back to home take a shower and eat a breakfast daily. It’s time for you to do something for your health. Take a breakfast and start the nice day.
